Yahoo Mail Announces Unlimited Storage

To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Yahoo Mail, Yahoo have announced that all users will get free unlimited email storage starting in May 2007.This will be great news to their 250 million current users and may even convert some Gmail fans(Not sure if I’ll be one of them?:roll:).

Personally I prefer Gmail ,not only because I’m a big Google fan but also because I love simplicity.I don’t think I would switch to Yahoo Mail,unlimited storage seems to be useless to me.I’ve been using Gmail for almost 2 years and I only have used up 150MB so far.

TechCrunch did a comparison of Live Mail,Gmail and Yahoo Mail a few months back,I guess Gmail will add more features soon,possibly unlimited storage?Gdisk?

    Hmm,I just logged into my yahoo mail account,seems that they implemented the “web chat” ,which was done by Google months ago..Yahoo just proved that it just cannot innovate…

    i used Yahoo mail before when i was just in high school but when i learned more abou the Internet, seo, and stuff i switch to Gmail because its far easier to use than yahoo mail.

    For me they all are kinda unlimited ones cos I never crossed the limits . Adding to this , even gmail has removed the invitation thingy for signing up .

    Yeah thats true. Even I used Gmail since 2 years, and maximum I could use 1.5GB space. I cant leave gmail’s sexy features and simplicity.

    Labelling, Filtering, Pop Support, Forwarding, Searching, Conversations feature, and so many Greasemonkey scrips for gmail with simplest UI.

    Gmail never will be next to any other email service.
